This is a collection of yoga poses for the follicular phase of your menstrual cycle whilst you prepare for ovulation and the luteal phase when you are getting ready for implantation. Please note that these just pose with no description, just as a guide to help you take some time out and tune into your body. Also, there are two visualisations to accompany the relaxation after the yoga for the follicular and luteal phases.
