About this Event

Gratitude is a quality that invokes a positive and resilient mindset to navigate through the ebbs and flows of life. This is key to maintain balance and bounce back to the present moment. Often our worries and concerns are anchored in the past or future. So this in an invitation for you to activate your soothing and contentment system through the practice of gratitude to envelope yourselves with peacefulness and quiescence.

This event will run every three months (4 times a year) just before new moon to set intentions guided through gratitude. You will have a chance to review what you have achieved in the past, any reflections and future intentions. This is a gentle accountability circle to empower you to take responsbility of where you decide to place your attention.

What is involved?

The session will weave in various soothing meditations/visualisation, intention setting and relaxation techqniques based on acceptance commitment & compassionate therapy, emotional freedom technique and other complementary therapies.

What is needed?

Take out some time for yourself, so it is advisable to surround yourself in silence and solitude during this practice where there will be minimal disturbances. There will be an opporutnity to journal so do bring some paper/book/journal to write on and pens, colours, pencils to write with.

About this Event

We often are self-critical about our own behaviour and tend to be hard on ourselves. As it it were not enough to be judged by others we tend to sit on judgment on ourselves. Whilst we may appear kind and compassionate towards others we usually adopt a harsher attitude towards ourself. I will be offering 21 days of meditation/visualisations and self help tools based on acceptance commitment & compassionate therapy, emotional freedom technique and other complementary therapies beginning on the 6th of July 2020. This is an opportunity to find more, ask questions and engage in relaxation techniques.
